Blog #3

No, I don't think non-carbon based lifeforms are possible. First off, carbon is a very abundant element in the whole universe which means that lifeforms are most likely to be made up of carbon. Secondly, carbon is a unique element due to the fact that it can connect with four different elements that make up an organic compound.
